No real-money gambling. KO Casino is a free game. All currency is virtual,
has no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or exchanged for anything of
value. Nothing here is a wager of real money or a game of chance for money or prizes.
Accounts
- You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- Don't impersonate others, abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything illegal.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Virtual currency
Play-money balances are provided for entertainment, may be adjusted or reset at any time
(for example, broke balances are topped back up so you can keep playing), and carry no value
or refund of any kind.
User content
- You're responsible for the characters, sprites, sounds and other content you create or upload.
- Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload material that infringes others' rights or is illegal.
- By publishing content to the community library or stream, you grant us a license to host, display, and run it within the service.
- We may review, remove, or decline any submission, and we respond to good-faith takedown requests at the contact below.
Intellectual property
KO Casino is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elecbyte or
any rights holders of characters that users may upload. MUGEN and other names are the property
of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. We may change or
discontinue the service, and these terms, at any time; continued use means you accept the
